So since Dan has been off all week my productivity level has hit an all time low. It seems as though when he is home, all ambition goes out the window. Currently he is downstairs playing Wii (that was a great investment) and I am upstairs feeding my addiction. When he is at work I at least shower, get dressed and generally leave the house, but this week I have been in my pajamas until the afternoon every day. Pathetic, I think so!
I feel like I am totally wasting my time off, I am spending lots of time with Natalie but not getting anything done.
At least today we finished her wall letters (I'll post pics later) so that was an accomplishment. Maybe tomorrow I can actually take a shower before 4pm....but don't hold your breath. (on second thought since I haven't showered, maybe you should)

A little bit about Natalie
Natalie is the light of my life, it's cheesy I know but so true. Nothing could have prepared me for her, I'm truly blessed....but enough of the cheese ball stuff.
Natalie was born on April 25 at 11:15 pm and is still quite the night owl, she loves to stay up late with mommy and daddy and then wake us up all smiles at 6 am. She is a smiling pro these days and generally can't even keep her pacifier in her mouth due to her unstoppable urge to smile. Even when she is crying she'll take a break to smile, which really cracks me up. I'm the meanest mom on the block, cause I find her crying to be just a little humurous...and sometimes increadibly histerical.
She's pretty much got full control of her head these days, and only headbutts me about 3 times a week.
A little about me
So I decided to start this blog, cause I have an addiction. I am addicted to the internet. My husband says he is going to plan an intervention...so what better to do than to spend more time on the internet blogging.
But seriously what does he expect me to do while I'm home on maternity leave....clean the house...I think not.
We just celebrated our two year anniversary and life is pretty great, we have a wonderful daughter and some not so wonderful animals...but such is life.
